4.3 All deposits are made in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Funds deposited into your ph598 wallet are held in a segregated player funds account in accordance with PAGCOR requirements.
4.4 ph598 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits may be returned and associated accounts suspended.

5.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. ph598 may request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal.

10.3 ph598's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits ph598's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence.

11.2 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ph598 customer support. Any eligible real-money balance (i.e., funds not subject to active bonus wagering requirements or investigation) will be returned via the player's verified withdrawal method.

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.4 Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.1 ph598 may amend these Terms at any time. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page. Where changes are material, ph598 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
13.2 Your continued use of ph598 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure.
